I am your representative on Polish housing market. I know you and have knowledge and skills to create what you call YOUR HOME. I search for perfect location, beautiful and charming spots. Each of those places are shaped and given a special character to create an ideal place of your living. My imagination and passion help me to design such architectural style that you can easily appreciate all the elements of surrounding perfectly matching the interior details. In order to create coherent and harmonious space I design elegant, exclusive and modern apartments of your dreams.

Therefore, using innovative solutions of the highest standards I do not forget about the spirit of the spot. DevelopMan will take care of the appearance of each residential building, so that they cannot become just ordinary housing blocks. Each property will have light pastel elevation partially covered with stone and the entrance to each of the building will be decorated with portico containing a bas-relief presenting the crest of each residence - in the future they will determine the unofficial name of each noble house.

DevolopMan does not forget about the inside design of each Noble Residence as according to Krakow's tradition, the tenement houses must obey architectural canons. In each building DevelopMan has designed spacious, naturally sunlighted halls with reception desk, staircases with roof windows making them full of daylight - like in old sophisticated tenement houses in Krakow. The most important for us is not only the special climate of warm and cosy apartments, but also optimistic and elegant atmosphere received thanks to the light play softly falling into the hall and sparkling on the stone floor...
